Pinup Girl Drawing: Finishing Up!

For the next part of our series on pinup girl drawing, you’ll be polishing up your lines for the rest of the body. Because you’ve already finished drawing in all the main lines of the body there’s not a whole lot more that you’ll need to draw.

As you are adding in the shading for your character remember to keep in mind where the light is coming from – in this particular drawing the light is coming from the upper left side of the page.

And while we’re on the topic of shadows, it’s a good idea to always include some shadow at the feed of your characters so they won’t appear to be floating on the page.

When learning the art of pinup girl drawing, you want your characters to appear grounded. And, adding in a shadow is the best way to do this.
